The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Briklin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.
