Customer Support & Inside Sales

Call potential customers, convert qualified leads to paid, and answer app‑based queries.

You will speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and help them get value from Briklin. You’ll handle app‑related queries and convert qualified leads into paid customers.

What you’ll do

  • Call potential customers from our waitlist and inbound leads to understand use‑cases and guide them through onboarding.
  • Follow up via phone/WhatsApp/email; keep clear notes and statuses updated.
  • Answer app questions on features, plans, and pricing; provide simple walkthroughs.
  • Triage and resolve common app issues; escalate edge cases to product/engineering.
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve product and process.

What makes you a fit

  • Comfortable making proactive outbound calls daily and managing follow‑ups.
  • Comfortable communicating in basic English; proficiency in at least one Indian language is a plus.
  • 0–2 years in customer support, customer success, or inside sales preferred.
  • Empathetic, patient, and structured; strong note‑taking and CRM hygiene.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS/mobile apps; eagerness to learn the domain.
